OVERVIEW

All ARCHV orders ship from our overseas warehouse. We work with a mix of international carriers to get your order to you as efficiently as possible. Please read the information below carefully before placing your order.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.


SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We currently ship to the United States only.

Standard Shipping $4.95 5–14 business days after processing
Free Shipping $0.00 5–14 business days after processing

Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders of $100 or more before taxes.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery is 5–14 business days from the date your order ships. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed — occasional delays due to customs processing, carrier volume, or other factors outside our control may occur.

On the longer end, please allow up to approximately 3 calendar weeks for delivery before reaching out to us.


TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please note that tracking updates may be delayed by several days after the initial scan, particularly during international transit. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.


LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

ARCHV is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier directly to file a claim.


INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. ARCHV is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, contact us at ctqt.biz@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.
